TICKET PRICING

This season the minimum ticket price has been increased to Rs1200( last year it was Rs 500). The whopping increase may be due to removal of tax exception by the state government. Also, Chepak ground 10000 seats are yet to get clearance from environment ministry which reduces the total capacity to 30000( from 40000 after renovation)

This makes teh demand go up and the high cost for the tickets.

 Update(15th Nov 2011): Looks like some places h=they are not accepting the forms for UID card. Please call them and confirm before you go there with the application and id proofs.

As you may be aware, Government of India has set up Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to issue Unique Identification Numbers (AADHAAR Number) to all residents of India.AADHAAR number will be the ultimate identity proof for Indian citizens .

 If the Head of Household has the required documents, a ration card or any other document that
establishes relationship with, and has the same address as the head of household will do.
 Even if you have no documents, you can still enroll with the help of an introducer. Introducer can be
the one who has original Aadhaar number issued by UIDAI

We know that it’s easy to get Home loans. The loan amount could be ma 85% of registered value. Also the tenure can be for 20 years. What is the easy way to get loans for plots with minimal interest than a personal loan?

There are still certain banks like HDFC and LIC which give loans for plots without any house construction conditions. However the tenure would be just 10 years. There will be 1% more interest when compared to home loan. The disadvantage here is as the tenure is less, the eligibility of max amount will get decreased. Also, most of the banks will give just 60 to 70% of the registration cost as the allotted loan amount. If you plan to build a house too within a year or two, then your interest rate decreases and overall % of loan allotment would increase. The tenure can also  be extended to 20 years. But total budget for buying a plot and house construction reminds the ‘fox and grapes’ story J.

ICICI bank provides loan for plots alone but the condition is that the plot should come under city limits!! Based on your repayment power they are ready to provide the tenure for 20 years with 11% floating.

2. Download Form 19 & Form 10C and sign it on the required places in the firm.
3. Send these forms along with canceled cheque leave – 1  for proof of  bank account in your name.
4. The balance available in your PF account directly go to your bank account.
